Quotes and project scope
Any quote we provide describes the work, deliverables, timing and fees agreed for that project. Work begins after you approve the quote and meet any agreed setup or payment requirements. Changes to the agreed scope may affect timing and cost; we will discuss these with you before proceeding.
Products and third-party services
Product plans, features and prices are subject to the terms in your approved quote or subscription agreement. Some services rely on third-party platforms, hosting, messaging providers or payment services. Their availability and terms are managed by those providers.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate project information, having the rights to materials you supply, and keeping your account credentials secure. You remain responsible for your business decisions and for checking that delivered work meets your requirements.
Use of our services
You agree to use our services lawfully and not to misuse, disrupt or attempt to gain unauthorised access to systems. Specific service terms, support arrangements and payment schedules may be set out in your individual quote or agreement.
